Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way! Please give us 1-3 days to process your order.

Most of our pieces are made with an intentionally relaxed, slighlty oversized RACHOL fit — comfy, flattering, and easy to style. We recommend ordering your usual size, and checking product details for any fit notes!

Our pieces are made from premium, natural fibers — machine wash cold with similar colors and use a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry; instead, hang or lay flat to dry. Slight shrinkage may occur after the first wash (our patterns are adjusted to account for this!)

Each RACHOL hat is handwoven and completely one of a kind — small variations make your unique. Keep it dry and store it somewhere it won’t get crushed to help it keep its shape.

Because every RACHOL piece is made in small batches and crafted with care, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and stay true to our mission of creating thoughtful, sustainable fashion. We appreciate your understanding!
